We are delighted to recommend J&B O’Sullivan for any complex and demanding residential project. James led the reconfiguration and extension of our house in Ballyclough, Limerick. He worked closely with our architect to produce a stunning result, which effortlessly links our house and garden areas. James and his team of craftsmen were a pleasure to work with and were here punctually each morning. They kept us fully informed of progress and when they needed to be onsite. This allowed us continued access to the house during the project. The integration of the new garden room and kitchen complex was done extremely well and sits beautifully with the original structure. The core project was delivered within budget at a time of high inflation. Any extras we added were specified and agreed in advance.
Any minor issue we have had since completion has been looked after immediately and expertly.

We contracted J&B Builders for the demolition of an existing structure and construction of a new house. As anyone will know building a house can be a daunting and stressful experience. I am very happy to say that in this instance this was neither and that was thanks to the professionalism of everyone at J&B Builders.
