Originally established as James O’Sullivan Builder over fifty years ago, we have maintained our tradition of high work standards, reliability, customer care, and timely service. Our dedicated team of experienced and fully qualified tradespeople are directly employed, and we utilise a panel of carefully selected subcontractors with a proven track record.
Historically, we’ve successfully completed a wide variety of projects including hotels, filling stations, schools, and restorations. Due to demand, our core focus remains on high-spec, residential projects.

Employees undergo regular needs-based training to ensure they are up to date with the latest developments. Our contracts manager and other members of the management team regularly attend exhibitions and seminars to keep themselves abreast of new technology and methodologies. James O’Sullivan Jnr, Managing Director
James has worked in the construction sector for over thirty years, with extensive knowledge of all aspects of the building process. James’s key areas of expertise include liaising with clients, project management, sub- contractor coordination and management of carpentry projects. With his broad range of construction experience, James brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to direct the development and successful outcome of every project. James is also the Site Safety Officer and has completed the IOSH Managing Safely in Construction course.
Betty O’Sullivan, Director
Betty has worked in the construction sector for fifty years and is a co-founder of J&B O’Sullivan Builders Ltd. Betty’s role in the business includes financial management, payroll, and administration duties.

James brings over 50 years of construction experience to the firm. James established the original business under his own name in 1977 and went on to form J&B O’Sullivan Builders Ltd in 2006. With his practical knowledge of the construction process, James provides strong support to the operational team.
