We directly employ a dedicated staff of experienced and fully qualified trades people and we also call on a select panel of subcontractors with a proven track record. Our contracts manager and other members of the management team regularly attend exhibitions and seminars to keep themselves abreast of new technology and methodologies. Adrian O'Sullivan, Director and Contracts Manager
Adrian is a highly experienced and knowledgeable construction professional with fifteen years experience in various aspects of construction and construction management. His key areas of expertise include customer engagement, coordinating subcontractors, developing partnerships, satisfying clients and creating constructive rapport with architects while managing costs. Adrian is a results oriented professional who is accustomed to working to strict conditions and deadlines and is currently engaged as the Contracts Manager for J & B O'Sullivan Builders Ltd.
James O’Sullivan, Managing Director
The managing director brings over 35 years of construction experience to the firm. James established the original business under his own name in 1977, and went on to form J&B O’Sullivan Builders Ltd in 2006. With his practical knowledge of the construction process, James provides strong support to the operational team.
Betty O’Sullivan, Director and Secretary
Betty has worked in the construction sector for 30 years, and is a co-founder of J&B O’Sullivan Builders Ltd. Betty’s role in the business includes financial management, payroll and administration duties.
James O’Sullivan Jnr, Director and Site Foreman
James has worked in the construction sector for over sixteen years, with extensive knowledge of all aspects of the building process. His key areas of expertise include carpentry, management of carpentry projects, site supervision and project management. With his broad range of construction experience, James brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to direct the development and successful outcome of every project. James is the Site Safety Officer and is trained in Occupational First Aid.
